Valentines Evening Menu 2012

 

Starters

  • NECTAR – Red pepper, Star anise, Tomato Soup served with a heart sapped crouton, sour cream and crusty bread 
  • LOVERS – Homemade Chicken liver pate served with red onion marmalade 
  • DREAM BOAT – Roasted Asparagus Spears wrapped in pancetta with a lemon and balsamic vinaigrette 
  • LOVE BIRDS – Baked field mushrooms stuffed with stilton garlic, and cream, rocket, balsamic reduction 
  • FIRST KISS – Creamed Crab, Smoked Salmon tian with a pineapple salad


Main Course

  • MOONLIGHT – A panache of Sea bass and Salmon, lemon thyme, sauté potatoes with a fennel cream sauce 
  • ROMANCE – Oven baked rack of Lamb scented with garlic and rosemary, lyonaisse potatoes, with rich red wine and herb sauce served with roasted vegetables 
  • HEART BREAKER – Bousin and sundried tomatoe stuffed chicken wrapped in Parma ham with potato rosti,white wine and parsley sauce
  • SUNSET – Prime Rib Eye Steak cooked to your liking served with fondant potatoes caramelized baby onions, wild mushrooms fricassee and a port and stilton sauce
  • FOR EVER – Roasted Aubergine, feta, cherry tomatoes on a bed of ratatouille and rocket salad
