Deposits:
All telephone bookings must be confirmed with a deposit of £100 for a week & Christmas or New Year periods or £50 for a week-end.
Cheques made payable to Mr & Mrs Jones

Holiday Cancellations:
Once your holiday is confirmed you are responsible for the prompt payment of the final balance due, one month before your arrival.

If you wish to cancel your booking will you please telephone us first and then confirm in writing. If you cancel before 28 days of your holiday you will lose only your deposit. If you cancel within the 28 days we will endeavour to relet the Lodges for you. If we are successful in reletting, you only forfeit your deposit and if we cannot relet then you will be held responsible for prompt payment of the final balance of the hire due.

not allow us to insure you)
