Penllwyn lodges comprise 19 individually architect designed lodges and one beautiful cottage set in thirty acres of woodland and meadows around the Montgomeryshire Canal and our own lake. The lodges are situated on a wooded hill with views of the surrounding countryside whilst the cottage overlooks the lake and canal.

A new 9 hole Golf course & restaurant has recently opened adjacent to Penllwyn Lodges with a pay & play system. Pay and play package discounts for guests of Penllwyn are available mid week during the months of January to June and September to December.

We now have a children’s play area and a small provisions shop.

Heating and electricity is included within the price for the lodges and the Stablings cottage. All accommodation is heated prior to your arrival.

All accommodation is fully equipped. Bed linen is provided, however, guests should bring their own towels, tea towels and bedding for cots. Please remember we are in a very rural area so suitable clothing and a torch are essential accessories for late evening walks.

Well behaved pets are most welcome in specified lodges and a charge of £20 per dog for short breaks and £30 for weekly breaks (Max 2) is made. However we request that pets are kept off furniture and beds and owners should please clean up after their dogs. Dogs should be kept on a lead at all times.

All prices shown are per lodge and include VAT @ 17.5% where appropriate and clearly show the number of permitted guests in each lodge and
cottage. Overcrowding cannot be permitted in any circumstance as it invalidates our insurance, the only exception being babies in cots. We do have a limited number of cots and high chairs available which should be booked in advance at a cost of £5 per high chair and £10 per cot.

All bookings should be made by telephone and may be confirmed immediately in writing with the appropriate deposit within 14 days as we cannot undertake to hold unconfirmed accommodation. The balance is payable in full 30 days before the holiday.

Some week-end and mid-week breaks are available until the 24th July 2010 and after the 4th September 2010. During the month of August we can only accept short-break bookings within 7 days of the proposed holiday and the charge is the week-end and mid-week prices stated on the price list, and is payable in full on confirmation.

All Visa Credit and Mastercard payments will be charged 1.76% on full amount, all other cards will be charged 25 pence per transaction.
